Jesús has worked as an executive coach and consultant in corporate strategy for the last 18 years. During this period he has worked with leaders from many Fortune 500 companies and government organizations in Europe, Latin America and the United States.
Jesús graduated from George Washington University with a double major in Economics and International Relations and subsequently obtained his Masters in International Relations from Georgetown University in Washington D.C. Some years later Jesús did a Senior Management Programme at Instituto de Empresa in Madrid. He was also accredited in Ontological Coaching by the Newfield Network.
Jesús lived in Washington DC until 2003. He returned to his native Madrid in 2004 where he still lives. His collaboration with Douglas McEncroe Group began at this time.
During his years in the United States and South America, Jesús was Director of the Corporate Leadership Council for the Corporate Executive Board, a research company specializing in business strategy that supplies best management practice research to some 3,500 companies, including 80% of the Fortune 500 Global.
Jesús has spent the major part of his career advising, coaching, and delivering corporate strategic consultancy to upper management (including level “C” executives – CEO, CMO, CSO, CTO, etc.) He has delivered individual sessions for over a thousand executives and has run group sessions for some twenty-five senior management teams. Jesús has run seminars and workshops on corporate strategy and leadership for Fortune 500 countries in 30 different countries.
Jesús continues to lead research projects and has published articles on strategy and leadership both in the Spanish and international press. Currently he is Director of WorldGate Group and an important member of the Douglas McEncroe Group.
